Given below are the steps to construct a parallel line by marking a point outside the given line m using ruler and compasses only. Which is the incorrect step?

Step 1: Draw a line (say m). Mark a point (say P) outside m and another point (say Q) on the line m. Join P and any point on line m.
Step 2: With Q as centre, draw an arc cutting m at A and QP at B. Keeping the same radius and with P as centre, draw another arc RS cutting PQ at C.
Step 3: Place the compasses at A and adjust so that the pencil tip is at B. Keeping the same width of compasses and with C as centre, draw an arc cutting the arc RS at D.
Step 4: Join DP to draw a line (say n). Required lines m ∥ n (∠PQA and ∠DPQ are alternate interior equal angles).
