Q. I am a Learner; how do I register?

At the top-left of the page, click on the Register link. This will lead to Learner Registration page. Fill in the required details. On submitting the form, you will receive an email immediately with your WWOLT ID, Username and system generated Password. Please mention this WWOLT ID in all your communications with WWOLT.

Q. Is there any charge for registration?

No. Registration is free.

Q. Who can use this service?

Anyone can use the services provided the user agrees and accepts the Terms & Conditions of using the website which can be accessed at https://www.wwolt.com/termsofuse.

Q. How can I login?

If you are an existing user, click on the Sign In link, which is at the top-left corner of the page. This will be directed to Login page. Enter valid username and password.

Q. How can I start math practice online?

If you are an existing user, login and click on the Take Test Now button at the top of the page, you will be directed to a page with a list of chapters. Click on the Start Test link against the chapter you would like to practise.

Q. How many times can I take test?

You can take test unlimited number of times provided you are an existing user.

Q. Can I view the answer script of all the tests I have taken so far?

You can view the answer script of the last 30 tests you have taken in the last 3 months.

Q. I am unable to login; how can I login again?

If you have shut down the system or are trying to login from different system without logging out, you cannot login again. Please contact us to log you out using Contact Us link. Remember to mention your WWOLT ID and provide the valid email ID.

Q. How can I change my password?

After Login, click on the Change Password link, which is at the top-left of the page. You will be directed to Change Password page. Here you can change the password.

Q. How can I retrieve my password in case I forget it?

In case you forget your password, go to the Login page and then click on Forgot Password? link. This will direct to Forgot Password page, enter your username and click on Submit button. You will immediately receive your password in the email ID provided by you during registration.

Q. Even though my answer is correct, the result message shows it as incorrect with the same answer that I have entered.

If the answer you have entered is same as the answer displayed in the result message, you can consider your answer as correct.
For example; you have entered 25 and the result message shows as answer is 25. This happens for a few questions which we are working on it.
